With more than 3,500 people expected to participate in
Commodity Classic 2001 in San Antonio, Texas, February 25-27, corn and soybean growers will have a unique
opportunity to network with top producers and industry leaders throughout the United States. They will hear the
latest information about the issues and concerns that affect their farming operation and agriculture in general.
Commodity Classic is the Sixth Annual Convention and Trade Show of the
American Soybean Association (ASA)
and National Corn Growers Association (NCGA).
NCGA President Lee Klein said, "During the educational seminars and at the Trade Show, there will be numerous
opportunities for asking questions, one-on-one conversations, group discussions, and networking with producers
and industry representatives."
The Commodity Classic Convention and Trade Show offers producers a valuable opportunity that occurs only once
a year. It's an opportunity that conveniently gives them access to a large number of agriculture businesses and
organizations, as well as educational and learning seminars.
ASA President Tony Anderson said, "Commodity Classic provides producers with access to top producers and
experts who provide a variety of agricultural information and production tips that will help producers learn to increase
profitability."
