J. Andrew Drohen has joined Jacklin Golf, the golf course consulting subsidiary of Jacklin Seed/Simplot Turf & Horticulture, as Northeast Marketing Manager for the Northeastern United States. He works with golf course architects and builders in his region to specify: grass seed varieties for new golf course construction and renovation projects.

Prior to joining jacklin Golf, Drohen was consultant/principal for Turfgrass Environmental Consultants. In February 1999, he earned his master's degree in turfgrass science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachuset. He also holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachuset.
