Medalist America, a leading provider of turfgrass seed, announces that Alan Mark has joined the company as a turf specialist.

With ten years experience in the seed industry, Mark will be responsible for sales of Medalist America seed varieties, distributor relations and technical agronomic support for customers in a six-state region which includes Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky.

Mark will make his office in his hometown of Washington, Ohio. Prior to joining Medalist America he was a sales representative for Lofts Seed.

Medalist America is a leading wholesaler of specialty seed bIends and mixes: bluegrass, ryegrass, bentgrass, fescues, bermudagrass, zoysiagrass, redtop and alkatigrass. The company also produces several varieties of proprietary grass seed varieties.
