Nigel McKay has been selected as the District Sales Manager
for The J.C. Robinson Seed Company in northwest Iowa. "Nigel
brings experience as a field marketer and an agronomist with a
proven sales record and is a valuable addition to our team,"
Regional Sales Manager Brad Schindler said. "He is taking the
territory over from Jim Van Dyke, who is retiring July 31 after
23 years with the Company."
McKay and Van Dyke will be working together over the next
couple of months so that Van Dyke can share his experience and
knowledge of the area. "Jim is responsible for bringing the
Golden Harvest brand and The J.C. Robinson Seed Co. to the
forefront as a consistent seed supplier in northwest Iowa,"
Schindler said. "His experience, stability and leadership has
been instrumental to bringing added value to our customers in
western Iowa. We will miss Jim and his years of seed
experience."
McKay joins the Company with three years of experience
working as a field marketer. He’s a graduate of Iowa State
University with a degree in Agricultural Business. McKay will
serve the Iowa counties of: Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Sioux,
O’Brien and Clay.
