Povl Baunbaek, Managing Director of L. Daehnfeldt A/S, announces that Joe Messer, formerly Vice President of Daehnfeldt, Inc., has been appointed President of Daehnfeldt, Inc. as of April 1, 1999 as a consequence of his fine performance and excellent efforts to the company.

Joe Messer joined the Daehnfeldt Group about a year ago, when it was decided to move the flower activities of Daehnfeldt, Inc. from Oregon to Indiana.

New facilities are being established specially for the company, and the move to these facilities is planned to take place around September of this year.

L. Daehnfeldt A/S look forward to the development and progress of its US facilities and to continued good relations.
