Biosource Technologies Inc. (Biosource) announced today its completion ahead of schedule of
two milestones in their agricultural genomics collaboration with The Dow Chemical Company and Dow AgroSciences LLC.

Completion of the two milestones triggers payments to Biosource under the terms of the
collaboration.

Biosource, along with The Dow Chemical Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Dow
AgroSciences LLC, announced last September a broad collaborative agreement in agricultural genomics. The three-year collaboration is one of the world's largest plant functional genomic research programs dedicated to the discovery of gene-based agricultural and chemical products. Biosource is exclusively collaborating with Dow to apply its proprietary technologies to the discovery and development of genomics-based agricultural and industrial products through its new operating division, Biosource Genomics.

The GENEWARE system is Biosource's proprietary platform for gene expression and for producing biopharmaceuticals and specialty biochemicals.
