Lofts Seed and Barenbrug USA are pleased to announce an agreement where Barenbrug will serve as an agent for Lofts Seed in Oregon.

Barenbrug will handle all phases of Lofts production on the "Rebel" products. The services include negotiating grower settlement prices, arranging for pick up of seed, placement of new acres, and payment to growers on Lofts behalf.

Lofts Seed is now owned by Kenneth Budd and is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Budd said: "I am pleased that Lofts Seed is again a privately held seed company. I am also excited about the agreement for Barenbrug to handle our Oregon production of the Rebel program."

Barenbrug is happy to see that stability is brought back into the seed industry with Lofts Seed being back in experienced private hands. With Barenbrug as a strong liaison between the growers and Lofts Seed, the growers will be assured a quick and professional movement of their crop and timely executed payments.
