Dow Agrosciences among the new additions to Powerfarm.com

Ag Services of America, Inc. today announced the addition of Dow AgroSciences and their crop protection product line to Powerfarm.com, the company's e-commerce website. Dow AgroSciences is the latest of a growing list of major agriculture manufacturers whose products are featured on Powerfarm.com. Today, growers can purchase quality seed produced and supported by Asgrow, Dekalb, Garst, Novartis, Stine, and Wilson. Crop protection products are available through Powerfarm.com from American Cyanamid, Bayer, Dow AgroSciences, Monsanto, Valent USA Corporation and Zeneca.

The company also announced the addition of another parts and short line equipment supplier.
Fertilizer Dealer Supply, headquartered in Philo, Ill. will join Powerfarm to complement and expand a parts and equipment catalog, which is currently under construction. Producers and retailers will be able to access information, purchase and finance replacement parts for fertilizer and chemical equipment in addition to equipment such as spreaders, applicators and mixers.

Powerfarm.com has compiled the most comprehensive assortment of agriculture products, services and credit options available on the Internet today. Products currently available include seed, fertilizer and crop protection chemicals, along with headline ag news, market quotes and weather. Growers can shop at their convenience day or night for products and sign up for additional services like crop insurance, grain marketing programs, crop scouting and soil sampling services. Within the Powerfarm Community, growers can post questions for the company's agronomists and Certified Crop Advisors.
