As a culmination of this restructuring, we proudly announce the change of our company name to Agristar do Brasil Ltda.

For the past 40 years, we have done business as Topseed Sementes. During that time, we have created within the market an excellent recognition for the Topseed brand, as well as developing and marketing various other brands under exclusive arrangements. To reflect our growing range of products and services, we feel that it is a better strategy to change our company name to Agristar do Brasil Ltda., while continuing to market the Topseed brand.

We have decided to enter the new century with a distinction between our company name, Agristar do Brasil, which encompasses a wide range of activities, and our brand name, Topseed. There has been no change whatsoever in the ownership or management of the company.

Therefore, we request that you change your files to reflect our new name, Agristar do Brasil, and address all future correspondence and shipments accordingly. Agristar do Brasil Ltda. will function in the same location as Topseed Sementes Ltda.:
