Tom Claeys, Regional Manger for Advanta Seeds and Garst brand corn, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Meier to the position of Sales and Marketing Agronomist for Western Ontario.

Based in Belgrave, Chris will be responsible for managing all aspects related to the sales and marketing of Garst brand seed corn in Western Ontario. This includes supporting the Garst distribution network and providing agronomy training and service to dealers and growers.

Chris brings extensive experience and a valued skill set to this new position. He has held sales and marketing management positions in the forage, turf and seed corn industry. A graduate of the University of Guelph, Chris also maintains his status as a certified crop advisor in the industry.
