In preparation for the upcoming
National Forum on Seed Meeting scheduled for March 19-20, in
Ottawa, we are inviting all stakeholders and interested parties
to complete the following survey (even if you cannot attend the
meeting).

Your answers to this survey are important to us as they will
help with the assessment of the future of the National Forum on
Seed. We would like to learn about your views on the value of
the NFS and your ideas on how the NFS should continue after
March 31, 2009.
The survey includes 8 multiple choice questions and 3 optional
comment/essay type questions. We expect that this survey should
take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Please respond by
March 9, 2009.

En préparation pour la prochaine
réunion du Forum national sur les semences prévu pour les 19-20
mars 2009 à Ottawa, nous invitons tous les parties intéressées à
compléter le sondage suivant (même si vous ne pouvez pas
participer à la réunion).

Vos réponses à ce sondage sont importantes pour nous puisqu’ils
permettront de guider nos discussions portant sur le futur du
Forum. Nous aimerions en connaître davantage sur vos opinions de
la valeur qu’a apporté le forum et vos idées sur comment le FNS
devrait continuer après le 31 mars 2009.
Ce sondage comprend 8 questions à choix multiple et 3 questions
au choix où vous pouvez ajouter vos commentaires. Nous estimons
