Genetics LLC is pleased to announce the addition of
Christine Wietzki as Stewardship and Regulatory Manager.
Wietzki is responsible for managing stewardship and regulatory
compliance for GreenLeaf Genetics. Her key role will be to
administer efficacy and equivalency testing for GreenLeaf
Genetics staff as well as customers. Her role in the product
development staff will also entail educating the staff on
stewardship and regulatory updates to ensure that all standards
are met. “GreenLeaf Genetics’ pipeline of unique genetics and
top-of-the-line traits make it an exciting place to work,” said
Wietzki.
According to Dana Eaton, GreenLeaf Genetics Head of Product
Development, “Christine Wietzki brings a lot of value to the
company with her agricultural background, attention to detail
and experience in regulatory proceedings.”
Wietzki spent the previous five years in the ethanol industry at
E3 Biofuels and Trenton Agri Products, managing the quality,
environmental and safety departments. Her previous experience
will serve as a solid foundation for attention to detail and
quality assurance at GreenLeaf Genetics.
Wietzki graduated with a degree from the University of Nebraska
– Lincoln in Diversified Agriculture. She continues to advance
her learning as she is currently working towards her MBA at
Bellevue University.
GreenLeaf Genetics LLC, a joint venture between Syngenta and
Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., a subsidiary of DuPont,
offers licenses for corn and soybean genetic material to
foundation seed houses and seed companies and facilitates the
licensing of biotech traits from its parent companies. GreenLeaf
Genetics is currently helping more than 200 seed companies to
access genetics and traits from Syngenta and Pioneer. |
