SEEDS OF CHANGE®,
Incorporated, is pleased to announce the addition of several
new positions within the Company, and the formation of a team
and office dedicated to professional organic growers.
Mr. Eero Ruutila is takes the reigns as Farm Manager for
SEEDS OF CHANGE® Research Farm and Gardens located in the El
Guique river valley near Santa Fe, New Mexico. Eero comes to
SEEDS OF CHANGE with an impressive history and depth of
experience in organic farming. He was the first organic farm
inspector for Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) in
1986, and has managed a successful 65-acre organic farm in New
Hampshire since 1987. Eero is a mentor farmer and a Sustainable
Agriculture and Research Education (SARE) - trained sustainable
farming educator, and has received numerous industry awards.
Ms. Lindsay Dozoretz joins SEEDS OF CHANGE® as the Marketing
and Education Coordinator, Sustainability Lead. Lindsay
holds master's degrees in both International Affairs and Natural
Resources & Sustainable Development from The American University
and the United Nations University for Peace with a focus in food
systems and corporate sustainability. She completed her
internship at the SEEDS OF CHANGE Research Farm and Gardens. Ms.
Dozoretz will champion new marketing and brand development
efforts and will elevate SEEDS OF CHANGE public education
platform, while guiding the sustainable improvements in the
Company’s business practices.
Ms. Terry Allan will serve as Product Development Manager
for the SEEDS OF CHANGE® Professional Grower division. Terry has
a long history in organic seed sales and farming, both
domestically and internationally. Ms. Allen will lead field
testing efforts nationwide and drive the development of high
performing, high opportunity seed varieties for commercial
growers.
Ms Cindy Salter is the lead Customer Service Representative
for the SEEDS OF CHANGE® Professional Grower division. Cindy
holds a bachelor’s degree in soil science from Texas A&M
University and has been professionally involved in sustainable
agriculture and composting for over 20 years. She has served on
several agricultural and certification boards, including Oregon
Tilth, and is a welcome and valuable resource for the SEEDS OF
CHANGE network commercial growers.
SEEDS OF CHANGE® also announces the opening of a West Coast
Sales Office in Eugene, Oregon that will serve as the base
office for the Professional Grower division. Commercial growers
looking for sales support and product expertise can contact the
