Germination’s video series, Giant Views of the Industry, features Wayne Gale, President of Stokes Seeds

The newest installment of Germination’s groundbreaking video series, Giant Views of the Industry On-line, features Wayne Gale, President of Stokes Seeds. Check out the Giant Views at www.germination.ca.

This streaming video series features interviews with leading thinkers in the seed industry, updated on a monthly basis. In this installment, Gale discusses everything from the flower and vegetable industry, to succession, to innovative marketing techniques.

Gale joins a host of other luminaries, including:

  • Shaun Haney of Haney Farms discussing fiscal management and challenges facing family seed businesses.
  • Doug Knight of Viterra talking about the challenges of selling seed and IP enforcement.
  • Dale Adolphe of the Canadian Seed Growers’ Association addressing issues facing seed growers today.

Other topics covered in the series will include boosting certified seed sales, organic regulations, and the role of biofuels in the seed industry.
