June has been a busy month as both Pop Vriend and SPS Australia
went live with ABS as of July 2, 2007.
Pop Vriend, a world wide breeder, producer & wholesaler of high
quality vegetable seeds located in Andijk, the Netherlands,
started already last year with its preparations. These
preparations have been successfully ended in the last weeks of
June with an extensive training of all staff members and a
series of tests of Agro Business System while using its full
functionality. With persistence the project managers of either
organization addressed the remaining issues on the way. The
result is a successful implementation and a solid control now
through one IT-solution in real time.
We congratulate the team of Pop Vriend with their excellent job.
SPS Australia,
an innovative and forward moving specialist vegetable seed
company located in Griffith, Australia wanted to start
relatively quick with Agro Business System. We were able to
support this project on such a short notice thanks to a very
experienced consultant, who is now living in Australia. After
some time of reviewing and intensively testing of the business
procedures of SPS, the system could be parameterized to support
their working methods. Our understanding of these made it
possible to make the implementation successful. We are very
happy with SPS’ crew and congratulate them with their splendid
result.
SPS will adopt the new ABS Production Module in the next phase
of the project in fourth quarter of this year.
