The retained executive search firm
of Kincannon & Reed is
increasing its global capabilities with the recent addition of
three new Managing Directors.
“We have been enjoying rapid growth due to the needs of our
global client base, and expect this growth to continue in 2009
as organizations seek superior leadership to help them meet
extraordinary challenges. Consequently, we are adding these
resources to better serve our clients,” said Kincannon & Reed
president Greg Duerksen. “In particular, this team enhances our
capabilities in food service, Latin America, consumer products,
and animal nutrition.”
Joining the firm are: John Reasner,
(photo) based
in Arizona Mr. Reasner brings broad human resources experience and
expertise to Kincannon & Reed. He headed up construction and
direction of the HR function for a startup IT consulting
company. Prior to this, Mr. Reasner was Vice President of
Worldwide Human Resources and a member of the Executive
Committee. He also spent 13 years in the
foodservice/hospitality business, where he was the worldwide
head of human resources for a 3500-employee division of
Dial/Greyhound. He is a graduate of Monmouth College.
Ellen von Fange,
(photo) based in Washington D.C. Ms. von Fange holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School
and brings excellent marketing background to Kincannon &
Reed. She spent seven years with Terra Industries where she
was responsible for marketing Terra’s broad line of private
label crop protection products, creating a cohesive
corporate identity, improving investor relations, as well as
advertising, and public relations for the Fortune 500
company. In a consulting role, Ellen successfully
repositioned a line of soft drink products in central
Mexico. Her early career was with General Electric and Blue
Cross / Blue Shield.
Warren Ward, based in Dallas, Texas Mr. Ward brings extensive consumer products, animal
nutrition, and Latin American experience to Kincannon &
Reed. He was director of finance for Scott Paper Company
(now part of Kimberly Clark) in Mexico and Spain. He was
Ralston Purina’s managing director for both its agricultural
and pet food divisions in Mexico, and was promoted to chief
operating officer for Ralston Purina Latin America, with
responsibility for more than 1000 employees in 10 countries.
He subsequently led the integration of the Nestlé and
Ralston Purina pet food businesses in Latin America. He
received a finance degree from Texas Christian University.
