Becker Underwood
has promoted Charlie Hale to the position of product manager for
the U.S. inoculant market.
Hale, an ag marketing and communications veteran, joined Becker
Underwood in 2007 as a product manager in the company’s seed
enhancements group following career assignments that have
included Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., Mycogen Seeds and
Bayer CropScience. He also served for 12 years in communication
agency positions, including eight years as a partner with a Des
Moines-based firm.

Hale, who grew up on a farm, is a Texas native and graduate of
Texas A&M University.
