Dyck, CEO of Brett Young,
is pleased to announce that Calvin Sonntag (photo)has joined the
company as Co-Chief Executive Officer. His position also
includes Co- Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
Over the next 3 years, Calvin will gradually assume all of the
responsibilities of the CEO position, including management of
all positions that presently report directly to the CEO.
Calvin is presently employed at Saskatoon Regional Economic
Development Agency as CEO. In previous roles, he was President
and CEO of Philom Bios Inc. /Novozymes Biologicals Limited,
Commercial Group Director of Monsanto Canada and with AgrEvo
Canada as Business Development Manager. Calvin has a M.Sc. in
Plant Breeding (U. of S.) and an MBA (U. of C).
Calvin’s abilities and experience will make Brett Young a
stronger company and even better equipped to capitalize on the
significant growth opportunities we have before us.
Calvin is married to Brenda and has 2 children, Anna and Ryan,
ages 6 and 4. His main interests are family, cooking, golfing
and fishing. Calvin and his family, presently live in Saskatoon,
and are moving to Winnipeg this summer in time for the start of
school this fall. |
