The
Encyclopaedia of Cereal Diseases in the UK
This joint publication by the
Home-Grown
Cereals Authority (HGCA) and
BASF is a comprehensive guide to cereal pathogens in the UK.
Symptoms of both common and less
frequently found diseases are illustrated and described,
together with an outline of the disease cycle of each pathogen
and an indication of the importance of the disease.
The Encyclopaedia was produced to
help the grower, adviser and others involved in cereal
production recognise diseases and improve their understanding of
the pathogen(s) responsible.
These 96 page pocket-sized booklets are designed for use in the
field.
A pdf is available to download at
www.hgca.com/publink.aspx?id=4488, but it is over 7mb in
size so may require patience to open.
If you would like a free copy (1 per person), please email
publications@hgca.com
with your address details and state Encyclopaedia of Cereal
Diseases.
