Dear NFS Members and Stakeholders:
The purpose of this e-mail is to inform you about the upcoming
NFS Forum Meeting scheduled for April 9,, 2008, in Winnipeg,
Manitoba. The agenda includes topics such as:
• A report on the Novelty
Working Group meeting
• A report on seed tags and labelling technical working
group meeting
• A review of the NFS work plan for this year
• A discussion on the future of the NFS
National Forum on Seed – Forum
Meetings are open to all individuals who would like to
participate and contribute to our discussions. During the
meeting, observers are provided with the opportunity to share
their comments and ask questions.
Planning has begun but details have not yet been finalized. As
the agenda is developed, we will forward the details via e-mail
and we will also post them on our website at
http://www.nationalforumonseed.com/.
The meeting will be held at the Delta Winnipeg (on 350 St. Mary
Ave). We have reserved a block of rooms at the Delta for the
night of April 8th. To make your reservation, please call
1-888-311-4990 before March 19th and reference function name
“National Forum on Seed” when booking your room to receive the
group rate.
Please indicate if you plan to attend this working group meeting

is limited, so please register early. You will receive an e-mail
confirming your registration. The meeting agenda will also be
sent out in the following weeks.

Nous aimerions vous aviser de notre prochaine réunion du forum
prévu pour le 9 avril 2008 à Winnipeg, Manitoba. Les éléments à

réunion du groupe de travail portant sur la nouveauté
• Une mise à jour sur la réunion du groupe de travail
portant sur l’étiquetage
• Une révision du plan de travail du Forum national sur les
semences pour l’année à venir
• Une discussion sur le futur du Forum
Les réunions du forum sont
ouvertes à tous individus intéressés de participer et contribuer
à nos discussions. Lors de la réunion, les observateurs sont
