Agrisoma Biosciences Inc. and Dow AgroSciences LLC announced an extension of their collaboration agreement to research, develop and commercialize animal health products using Agrisoma's patented Engineered Trait Loci (ETL) technology for gene delivery and expression. Under the terms of the agreement, Agrisoma and Dow AgroSciences will focus on certain aspects of the technology to build upon the significant progress made to date. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

"This continuing alliance with Dow AgroSciences emphasizes the quality of the last three years of effort by both organizations to advance the commercialization of this highly innovative and unique technology for expressing new gene products in plants and plant cells,” said Agrisoma President and CEO Steven Fabijanski.

"This agreement underscores the robust nature of our technology and our commitment to high quality partnerships. We have been fortunate to work with Dow AgroSciences and look forward to further progress.”
