Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) today announced that its Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common
stock of 17.5 cents per share. The dividend relates to the
company's second quarter of its 2008 fiscal year and will be
payable on April 25, 2008, to shareowners of record on April 4,
2008.
