Plant Health Care, Inc.
(PHC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Cloutier as
Vice President of World Agricultural Sales. Reporting to
Cloutier in his new position will be PHC's U.S. agricultural,
Mexican and European operations.
“It's an exciting time to be working at Plant Health Care," says
Cloutier, who formerly was Vice President of U.S. Agricultural
Sales for PHC. "Plant health is a topic of much discussion, and
commodity prices are high and a lot of what Plant Health Care
Products do is enhancing yield, quality and shelf life."
Cloutier will be responsible for the company's global
agricultural operations,, which includes subsidiaries in Mexico,
the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. He looks forward to
expanding PHC product lines in those areas and initiating
business opportunities in other countries.
"The new opportunity will be to incorporate the Harpin
technology that we're providing here to some of the subsidiary
activities and maybe take some of the things they're doing in
other parts of the world and use them here," Cloutier says.
"There is a great opportunity to cross over products and I will
coordinate and expand those opportunities.
PHC started in 1995 and until 2007, was focused on horticulture,
turf, vegetables and high value crops. It is now adding field

Harpin technology. PHC develops, manufactures and markets
innovative Harpin Protein-based products (Harp-N-Tek®), which
have a unique mode of action for improving crop production and
plant health. For example, N-Hibit® Gold CST and ProAct™ contain
the new generation of Harpin Protein.
