NK Brand expands its 2007 soybean portfolio
Golden Valley, Minnesota
January 9, 2007

NK® Brand Seeds is introducing 10 new soybeans to their broad portfolio for a total of 33 new products for the 2007 planting season. These new products offer expanded choices for higher yields and better returns, with quality NK Brand genetics.

“The availability of these additional products for the 2007 growing season demonstrates our commitment to providing timely options to meet in-field needs, as well as our ability to move quickly through the research and production process,” said Jamie Leifker, head of NK Brand marketing. “Backed by nearly 40 years of proprietary breeding, these new Roundup Ready® products have been developed to deliver top yields in specific situations, such as fields with soybean cyst nematode or Phytophthora pressure.”

He added, “We complement our industry-leading genetics with reliable agronomic information and convenient handling choices, including the NK Brand TruBulk™ soybean delivery system for more acres planted per day. For 2007, TruBulk soybeans are available at more than 500 locations. “

In addition, growers who increase their order over last year may be eligible for the Syngenta AgriEdge™ Grain Premium Program, which pays cash premiums of up 21 cents per bushel on 2007 yields.
