The management team of INCOTEC
and ABN AMRO Participaties have jointly acquired the
shareholding of NeSBIC Investment Fund II B.V. in INCOTEC
Holding B.V. As a result of this transaction management
increases its stake to 65%, with ABN AMRO Participaties
acquiring the remaining 35%. Rabobank, the existing house bank
of INCOTEC, provided the acquisition and working capital
facilities.
The President and CEO of INCOTEC, Mr. Jan Willem Breukink says:
“This is an important moment in the history of INCOTEC. After
five years of successful co-operation with NeSBIC we felt it was
the right time to put the majority of the shares back in the
hands of the company. The international management team of
INCOTEC is highly motivated to expand the business and to
further improve the profitability of the company. Based on our
existing high quality product portfolio and our research
pipeline, we believe that INCOTEC has enormous potential and the
resources to enable a strong growth in the coming years."
