S&G issues the third edition of S&G Peppers Today, the newsletter for the world of peppers

The multinational company Syngenta has issued the third edition of S&G Peppers Today through S&G, its horticultural seed brand for vegetables in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

S&G Peppers Today is a communication tool specifically centred around the world of peppers, and it has been developed for all S&G clients in the business chain, with information on production, processing and trading.

The third edition of S&G Peppers Today has a clear focus on consumer trends, innovation and food safety, with an exclusive report about Integrated Pest Management in Almerķa (Spain), and an in-depth interview about food safety with Michael Büser, Retail Manager of Doego eG/ REWE Dortmund.

This edition also includes an interview with the independent chairman of P8, the association of the most important pepper growers in Holland, created to strengthen co-operation and improve planning.
Also featured is an interview with the EurepGap chairman about the 2007 edition of the EurepGap protocol, plus information on fresh-cut, consumption habits, packaging, and the latest trends in pepper research, among other articles.
