"With the growth in the
agriculture sector, we feel the time is right to divide our
operations into two streams. The publishing company has a high
profile role in key sectors in the industry and has plans for
future expansion. Our consulting division is also growing and
the divestiture of that operation to AdFarm creates
opportunities for a broader range of services and critical
mass," said Anderson. Anderson will continue to operate the
publishing company and will also provide assistance to the
consulting business to ensure maximum client service. Issues
Ink’s publishing team, including VP Operations Cheryl Mayer and
VP Business Development Shawn Brook, remain in place.
Issues Ink has a 17 year history in the agriculture sector and
has been responsible for many custom publications and new
launches. The company also has a range of creative ancillary
products such as electronic media and customized news services. |
