Delivery platform and supply
chain infrastructure requirements for GM wheat and barley crops
and products within the Australian grains industry
The Grains Research and
Development Corporation (GRDC) is a statutory corporation
with a mandate to plan, invest and oversee research and
development to the benefit of its joint stakeholders, the
Australian Government and the Australian graingrowers.
The GRDC is seeking expressions
of interest from interested parties with a proven track record,
capacity and capability to
identify and analyse complex supply chains requirements and the
costs associated with the market entry of genetically modified
wheat and barley crops and derived products in Australia.
The required completion date for the project is 31 May 2007.
Expressions of interest are to
be submitted to the GRDC by cob Wednesday, 27 September 2006.
