Syngenta Seeds has launched a comprehensive website (www.agrisuretraits.com) to help growers better understand the benefits and use of Agrisure™ corn traits. The site provides quick and easy access to current information about all Agrisure corn traits, including product resources, assurance descriptions and stewardship guidelines.

The website offers thorough descriptions of the 2006 Agrisure trait offerings -- Agrisure GT (glyphosate-tolerant), Agrisure CB (season-long corn borer control) and Agrisure GT/CB -- as well as highlights of future Agrisure trait offerings. For example, Agrisure RW* (corn rootworm), anticipated to be available for the 2007 planting season, is profiled in its own section on the site.

In addition, the Agrisure website provides growers with:

• Agrisure assurance descriptions and claims process information.
• Full descriptions of the AgriEdge™ Corn program options, which provide growers with a higher level of assurances and trait investments when they purchase a hybrid with an Agrisure corn trait.
• ”Where to buy” page that directs growers to seed companies that sell hybrids with Agrisure corn traits.
• A stewardship section that lists the most current regulatory status, grain channeling information for hybrids featuring Agrisure corn traits, Insect Resistance Management (IRM) guidelines and relevant agreements and forms.

Agrisure™ corn traits allow growers to take control of their crop input decisions by providing excellent built-in herbicide tolerance and insect protection in elite hybrids, with a full range of assurances that don’t limit a grower’s glyphosate brand selection. Growers who purchase elite hybrids with Agrisure corn traits are also eligible to participate in the AgriEdge™ Corn program.
