On the 25th of August, the book finally closed for Queron B.V., software specialist for international seed production and trading companies.

On the first of September, EuroSystems Holding restarted with EuroSystems AgroServices B.V. the support on QSeed. An important development for all customers and users of the QSeed information system.

We have faith in the future with this strong quality product QSeed, world wide implemented by international seed companies, the new owner EuroSystems explains. Beside the products EuroSystems obtained the copyrights and the trademarks. And last but not least the employees Peter Wokke and S. Kwantes with their experience and expertise. All domestic and international Queron customers can look forward to a hopeful future. All agreements and software maintenance contracts will be continued. EuroSystems will add its expertise on software development and support to there benefit.

Guided by EuroSystems Holding B.V., EuroSystems AgroServices B.V. will operate independently in developing branche-specific software for the agriculture sector. The Netherlands has great experience, knowledge and know-how in the agricultural sector and the Netherlands has a strong logistic position. EuroSystems AgroServices will combine this in the development of software for its customers. At the moment, the holding has three operating companies.

For close to 15 years, EuroSystems Automatisering B.V. has been involved in the automation of business processes in branch-specific environments such as Baliff organizations, Credit Management organizations and Food & Beverage wholesale trade. The company expanded in the last years to 70 employees and has doubled its revenues since 2000. The company is expanding its activities by founding EuroSystems Managed Services B.V. Created in the summer of 2005, this operating company is focused on maintenance and support of ICT environment solutions for small and midsize companies of up to 250 employees.
