Latest recommendations and management practices to
reduce the impact of blackleg in the 2005 canola crop
are now available from the
GRDC website.
The
Canola Association of Australia, with GRDC support, has
developed two fact sheets on blackleg management in
canola.
The
‘Blackleg Management Guide’ outlines new recommendations
for determining disease severity within the crop and
management practices to reduce blackleg’s impact. .
The
other, ‘Fungicide use in reducing blackleg severity’,
indicates which fungicides are most economically viable
for blackleg control.
