Fontanelle,
Nebraska
June 3, 2005
“We are
pleased to announce the addition of David Kinnison to the
Fontanelle Hybrids sales
team, as District Sales Manager for a territory in Western
Nebraska,” Steve Pike, sales manager said. “David’s position is
an expansion of the Western Regional Sales Team.”
“We pride ourselves in exceeding customers
expectations for service,” Nick Lammers, western regional sales
manager said. “To live up to that commitment, it was time to
concentrate our existing DSM territories and add a new
territory. That way our sales team can give excellent customer
service to both existing and new customers. David’s experience
really fit in well with this plan.”
Kinnison joins Fontanelle after being a full time
farmer since 1984. “It was Fontanelle’s way of doing business
that attracted me to Fontanelle,” Kinnison said. “I’ve dealt
with at least six seed companies as a farmer and no one gave me
the customer support and service that I received from
Fontanelle. That made me want to be a part of the team.
“My perspective of farming comes from my first
hand experience as a grower,” Kinnison said. “I’m already
getting good response from growers as we talk about cultural
practices because I’ve been there. It’s just a grower talking to
a grower and they know that I understand their problems, because
believe me, I’ve faced them.”
Kinnison and his family will be located in
Chappell, NE once the geographic territory has been finalized.
“We’re hoping to have everything in place by the end of this
year,” Lammers said. “We are in the process of making sure our
customers are comfortable with our plans for the newly enhanced
sales team.”
