Hazera Genetics is upgrading its organizational information system – starting with the assimilation of an ERP system by Oracle

Hazera Genetics, has decided to install the Oracle Applications system as its organizational information system. The system will be assimilated over the course of the coming year by Matrix One and will replace the company's existing information systems. The process of implementation of the ERP system is planned to be completed by the end of 2005. The investment in the project will total about $1.5 million.

The new information system will permit unification of the various processes in the company, improvement of the costing system, and enlargement of the transparency and availability of the information. Thanks to the system, Hazera Genetics will provide faster and more efficient service to its customers, and will also significantly improve its work processes.

Hazera Genetics General Manager, Rami Dar, said that: "Hazera Genetics has placed great emphasis on improving the efficiency of work processes in the company and on providing excellent service to its customers. Furthermore, the increase in company activities throughout the world has created the need for fast responses and effective communications between all the various functions in the company. We have consequently decided to upgrade the organizational information system, and after protracted and meticulous evaluation we decided on installation of an ERP system by Matrix One, that specializes in the assimilation of Oracle systems in organizations. We believe that we can obtain real benefit from the new system."
