Confirming its ongoing commitment
to providing innovative pest management products to new markets,
AgraQuest, Inc. announces
the appointment of David Warman as its Turf and Ornamental
Business Manager. David will oversee all U.S. T & O business,
focusing on expanding Rhapsody® Biofungicide in ornamental
markets and launching Rhapsody® in the turf market.
AgraQuest's EPA-approved, OMRI-certified Rhapsody offers
effective foliar and soil-borne disease control for turf,
ornamental and greenhouse crops. Unsurpassed in plant, human,
and environmental safety, the biological disease control product
is used for the prevention and treatment of both bacterial and
fungal diseases.
David Warman comes to AgraQuest from Controlled Solutions, Inc.
in Texas, where he developed their U.S. Specialties Market into
one of the company's fastest growing and most profitable units.
Prior to Controlled Solutions, David worked within Griffin LLC
as Manager of the Turf & Ornamental Business and also as Eastern
Division Manager for their Agriculture Products Group. David
entered the crop protection business through Ciba Geigy, where
he spent 21 years in various Agricultural and T & O related
sales, marketing and product management positions. In his new
position at AgraQuest, David will report to Chris Coombs Vice
President of Sales & Marketing in North America.

David is a native of Oregon and a graduate of Oregon State. He
resides in Ocala, FL.
AgraQuest is a biotechnology company that focuses on
discovering, developing, manufacturing and marketing effective,
safe and environmentally friendly natural pest management
products for agricultural, institutional and home markets The
company sells Serenade®, Rhapsody® and Sonata® Biofungicides and
recently received registration of a biofumigant based on the
fungus, Muscodor albus. A bioinsecticide is pending at the EPA.
AgraQuest received the Presidential Green Chemistry Award from
the EPA for the discovery and commercialization of Serenade
Biofungicide. In 2004, AgraQuest received a Red Herring Top 100
Private Company Award and the World Technology Award for the
