The management of Emergent Genetics Vegetable A/S has decided to make an organizational change as of August 9, 2005 in order to follow the ongoing dynamism of the market.

We are pleased to inform you that the following changes have been made:

• Hans Henrik Kampmann has been appointed Head of R & D and Seed Supply.
  Hans Henrik has been with the company since 1990, and after en period of new challenges abroad he returned to us in the early summer of this year.
   

• Ole Mohr Madsen has been appointed Seed Supply Manager.
  Ole has been with the company since 1995, and his responsibilities have been stock seed and breeding, the perfect background to assume the job as Seed Supply Manager.
   

• Allan Malmos Jeppesen has been appointed Manager of Finance, Administration, Packaging and Inventory. 
  Allan has been with the company since March 15, 2005.
   

• Dorrit Andersen has been appointed quality coordinator.
  Dorrit has been with the company since 1997. She has been production manager and also been responsible for our laboratory.
   

• Merete Halkjær has been appointed Laboratory Manager inclusive of Quality Testing and Research.
  Merete has been with the company since 1997, and she has been responsible for pathology, electrophoresis and haploids.
