Germain’s Technology Group appoints Dr Gordon Jamieson as Technical Director

Germain's Technology Group is pleased to announce that it has strengthened the management of its worldwide research and development organisation.

Dr Gordon Jamieson has been appointed as Technical Director for Germain's Technology Group.  Originally trained in plant science at Durham University, he has held international business and product development roles in Rhodia's pharmaceutical business and Zeneca Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Peter Halmer has moved to become Germain's Technology Group's Chief Scientist, with worldwide responsibility for strategic research.  In this role Dr Halmer will continue to identify and develop innovative technologies for the seed industry.

Mark Wilson, Chief Executive of Germain's Technology Group stated: "The further strengthening of our international research and development efforts clearly signals Germain's determination to retain its pre-eminent global position in the seed treatment, bringing further value through innovation to our customers".
