Clark Huffman named Sunseeds Director, Marketing & Sales

Sunseeds Company, a world leader in the development, production and marketing of hybrid vegetable seed and seed technology, has hired Clark Huffman as Director of Marketing and Sales, Americas.

Huffman brings extensive agribusiness sales and marketing, and seed industry experience to the position. He will be directing the company’s marketing and sales teams in promoting the Sunseeds brand, its products and services in the Americas (North America and Central America).

“I am very excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for Sunseeds,” said Huffman. “The history, heritage and vision of this organization will enable vegetable growers to realize added value via the relationships we have today and will develop in the future.”

Prior to joining Sunseeds, Huffman was employed as Sales Manager of National Accounts, John Deere Credit. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s multimillion dollar agricultural relationships with agricultural-related companies. After graduating with a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of South Dakota, he spent 15 years with Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. as District Sales Manager in central Iowa. In this capacity, he developed strong marketing and sales partner relationships with major agribusiness companies including DuPont, Bayer, Monsanto and BASF. He has also been employed in sales and marketing with Helena Chemical.

Sunseeds is part of the Nunza B.V. group of companies, which markets the Nunhems brand throughout the world.
