Hoorn, The Netherlands
October 22, 2003

Queron

Queron is a Dutch software house based that has specialized in developing standard and customized logistical information systems for seed companies and other agricultural companies.

QSeed

After years of experience in the logistical processes of several seed companies, Queron developed QSeed, the standard logistical information system for seed companies. Today, several renowned international seed companies from all over the world are working with QSeed.

QSeed has been developed especially for the international seed business. From the very beginning of the development of the package, the special demands that the seed trade places on the control of the flow of goods, the specific characteristics of the product, the dynamical quality and on the long-term research and production processes have been taken into account.

QSeed supports all logistical company processes of the modern seed business, such as forecasting, seed requirement planning, production, purchase and receipt of seed, seed processing, quality and stock control, product management, marketing and sales, et cetera.

Launch of the new QSeed version 3.0

The latest QSeed version has been set up in a flexible, graphical user interface and incorporates the latest technological developments. The terminology on screens and reports are, as always, fully attuned to those of the seed trade. Because of this, users feel quickly at home in the system. QSeed verion 3.0 can be supplied in any modern language. Moreover, QSeed can be used in single or multi-company mode, for those customers who have subsidiaries abroad. It is even possible for these subsidiaries to work in different interface languages.

Opportunities to see QSeed

To celebrate the launch of our new system, Queron has been, and will be on a demo tour through various countries this year. Queron will also be present at several international seed conferences, such as the ESA Meeting in Brussels, Belgium, the International Hortifair in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and the Asian Seed Conference of the APSA in Bangkok, Thailand. Those who are interested to meet Queron and see QSeed for themselves can contact Queron for a personal demo of the system.
