We are very happy to inform you that by August 1, 2003, Mr. Henk Satter has been appointed General Manager of INCOTEC Europe. He will take over this responsibility from Mr. JanWillem Breukink, who, as CEO of INCOTEC Holding, will spend more time in the further globalization of Incotec and the expansion of Incotec in new innovative technologies and business opportunities. Mr. Satter will be responsible for all activities of Incotec for the European market, which include product development, production and sales and marketing.

The last seven years, Mr. Satter has been responsible for the successful set up and development of INCOTEC in Japan and South America in which he was located in Tokyo, Japan and Holambra, Brazil respectively.

In his new function Mr. Satter will be located in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands.

In the meantime Mr. Gerard Vrolijk has been appointed General Manager of INCOTEC América do Sul in South America to take over the responsibilities of Mr. Satter. For many years, Mr. Vrolijk has been Account Manager for Incotec in Northwest and Central Europe. In his new function he will be located in Holambra, Brazil.

In the beginning of 2002, Incotec worldwide was bought by the management of INCOTEC and the Dutch venture capital firm Nesbic. These appointments fit very well in the restructuring plans of Incotec worldwide and give Incotec the opportunity to strengthen its activities worldwide and to further expand its business in Europe and South America.

Mr. Breukink: “We are very happy with these appointments as Mr. Satter and Mr. Vrolijk will be completely focused to further improve our services to our European and South American customers.  We expect that Incotec will continue to have a leading position in seed and coating technology on both continents. In the meantime we want to expand our business in other parts of the world and continue to invest in new and innovative technologies. We have some very interesting developments in the pipeline and expect that this will have a positive effect on the further development of Incotec in the near future”.
