Danson Seed Company, Inc. has
released a breakthrough product in its vine ripe breeding
program.
Ganador, formerly 435,
sets a new standard for outstanding fruit and shipping quality
in the very early season.
The variety is very well adapted
to early planting during short days and cloudy conditions. It
produces a strong compact vine which will hold a heavy load of
large deep oblate fruit.
Ganador is an excellent choice to
initiate the front end of vine ripe growing program. It is well
adapted to stake culture and can be grown on the ground. Ganador
is tolerant to VFFNTMVASC.
Ganador combines the earliness
and size of Merced with the firmness and shelf of our main
season vine ripe products.
