Three employees of Seed Processing Holland have acquired the enterprise Seed Processing Holland B.V. through a so-called management buyout.

As of the 1st. of January 2002 the three new share holders are Messrs. Willem van Dok, Jack Boon and Jos Reus.

During the past two years, the daily management already has been executed by the Management Team, consisting of the three new share holders and Mr. Paul Koomen, all of them working at Seed Processing Holland for many years already.

During these two years the task of the General Manager, Mr. IJs van Dok, was that of an advisor to the Management Team.

Since the establishment of the company in 1967, Mr. Van Dok had the pleasure to be the managing director of Seed Processing Holland. About the past 35 years Mr. IJs van Dok says: "This task gave me a lot of satisfaction, also because of the confidence of our relations and certainly because I was surrounded by an excellent team of 23 employees".

"In the coming years I hope to make a modest contribution by carrying over my experience to the younger generation."

With great enthusiasm we took over Seed Processing Holland.

The policy of our company, as it has been executed the past years, will be continued in the next years. The Seed Processing Team will pay it’s full attention to this. The familiar contacts remain the same.

- Jack Boon (administration & transport)
- Willem van Dok (sales).
