Lykele van der Broek, CEO of Nunza B.V. announced today important changes in the management and structure of Nunza B.V. and its operating companies, such as Nunhems Zaden in The Netherlands and Sunseeds in the USA.

1. The Nunza group of companies will adopt a functional organization structure, in which the company processes such as R&D, Marketing & Sales, Operations and Finance & Administration will be organized globally each under the leadership of a Nunza Management Board member.
2. Pieter van Kesteren, presently Sunseeds’ managing director and member of the Nunza Management Board has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nunza Management Board.
3. Ko Remijnse, presently EuMEA managing director and member of the Nunza Board will head the global Marketing & Sales division.
   Robert Korstanje will remain to be the North-American director of Marketing & Sales.
4. Ron Amarel, presently Sunseeds’ director of Production, has been appointed as a new member of the Nunza Management Board and will head the global Operations division.
5. Jerome Berge, Sunseeds’ CFO will also assume the responsibility of Country Group Head North America.
