With industry leading custom software, SEEDLINE maintains a database of seed corn pedigrees listed by offers and inquiries for seed corn companies.  Inquiries and offers are automatically cross-referenced to match Buyers and Sellers. Listings can further be sorted by female, male, trait, trait version, and maturity. 

Once a Seller and a Buyer are matched, SEEDLINE facilitates the following items confidentially in order to complete a contract:

• Negotiating price, conditions, and terms.

• Writing and exchanging contracts.

• Acquiring preshipment samples of the seed from the Seller.

• Arranging QA testing of the preshipment samples or forwarding the preshipment samples to the Buyer. 

• Facilitating transportation of the seed.

• Running referee QA tests in the event of a claim concerning quality.

• Requesting growouts and forwarding them to the Buyer.

• Managing invoices and payments.

• Mediating claims if required.
