Habanero One of the hotest
variety. Local Caribbean type.
Fruits are globular tapered to pointed shape and wrinkled, 4 cm long
and
2-3 cm diameter. Pendant fruits. Fruit colour changes from light
green to
orange at full maturity.
Plant is around 90 cm high. Open plant habit, medium green dense
foliage.
Cultivation cycle: 90-100 days from transplant to harvest. Harvest:
spread
over 2 months.
Use: fresh market, processing (paste), export markets. |
