NIZ 16-053
is a mid-early Brussels sprout from Nickerson-Zwaan, well adapted
for both the fresh and processing markets.
It can be harvested from August to October under the North
American conditions.
The short to medium height plant produces a medium to large size,
smooth round sprout with a medium-dark green color.
NIZ 16-053 is tolerant to ring spot and has an excellent
tolerance to powdery mildew.
