| The USC MP (multi-purpose) seed treater is ideal for
the application of liquid slurry chemicals to a wide range of seed types including wheat,
barley, soybeans, corn, sorghum and oats.  The
coater is designed for continuous flow operations with uniform chemical distribution while
maintaining gentle handling of the seed at capacities of up to 800 bushels per hour.
Standard equipment includes:
- Seed supply hopper with built in seed flow ON/OFF slide.
- Easily adjustable seed flow control.
- Variable output chemical metering pump.
- Chemical mixing tank (30 gallons) with electric agitator for slurry
preparation.
- Electrically driven rotary atomizer for primary distribution of
product on the seed.
- Specially designed mixing drum for efficient secondary mixing
- Convenient single phase 115 volt motors with direct drives (18 amps).
- Electrical panel combining all operating controls (no wiring
required).
- Mild steel construction (optional stainless steel available upon
request).
Simple design provides easy calibration of both seed and chemical
flows. Unique self-emptying design accomodates easy changeover of seed types. The USC MP
