INCOTEC is a strong growing company presently employing worldwide more than 260 people and with an increasing number of business activities located in 11 different countries on all continents in the world.
To strengthen the growth strategy of the company and to manage its further growth development, the decision was taken to expand the Board of Directors to three persons .
Jan de Vries (photo left), as Chief Financial Officer, will be responsible for the Financial Management of the Company, Human Resources and Information Technology. Mr. Jan de Vries joined the company in November 2007 and has a lot of experience in Financial Management internationally.
Bob Legro (photo right), as Global Research Director, will take responsibility for the research of the group worldwide, including the coordination of all technology and product research activities. Mr. Bob Legro has been working for the company since 1981 and has a great deal of experience in the management of seed and coating technology research.
JanWillem Breukink (photo left) will remain responsible for the overall management of the company as President and CEO and in his position will pay special attention to the development of new businesses and the marketing of the company.
The President and CEO of INCOTEC, Mr. JanWillem Breukink, says: “Since the management buy-out in 2002 INCOTEC has gained a very solid position in the seed industry showing strong growth as a completely independent supplier of seed enhancement technologies and products.
