Two INCOTEC employees celebrate 40 years of service

Enkhuizen, The Netherlands and Salinas, California, USA
November 29, 2010

INCOTEC would like to to congratulate and place two of its employees in the limelight.

Jos Lakeman of Enkhuizen, The Netherlands and Florencio Martinez of Salinas , CA, USA are both celebrating 40 years of service this year!! We would like both of these employees to know just how much this service is appreciated.

INCOTEC is proud of the fact that many employees remain with the company for so many years. It is not often that a company can boast this duration of service and INCOTEC considers its people its most important core value.
Our employees are the cornerstone of the organisation and without their cooperation and dedication INCOTEC would not be the company it is today.

Florencio began his career with the company in 1970 as part of the Asgrow Seed Company. During the last 40 years he has had many responsibilities including cleaning, treating, packaging and pelleting both vegetable and flower seeds. Presently he is Production Lead at the INCOTEC Gonzales production location.

Florencio’s dedication to quality has always been one of his many strengths. He has been known to drive back to work after hours during the night to double check his seed pellets on the dryers to make sure the drying systems were operating and adjusted properly.

Jos has also had a various responsibilities throughout the last 40 years. He began in 1970 with Royal Sluis and is a familiar face in many departments, such as packaging, cleaning, blending and pelleting. Jos too has experience with both vegetable and flower seeds.

Jos and Florencio have been part of the many changes and developments which have taken place within the company. This takes dedication and flexibility. We would like to thank both these colleagues for their exceptional service. Jos and Florencio, along with all their colleagues throughout the years have played an important role in making INCOTEC what it is today.
