This machine is used for accurate and fast seed counting and filling in almost any kind of packing, this could be bags, alu packets, vials, pots, cans etc.
This machine is most suitable for small series like from 10-100 packets.
The seeds are dropped automatically in each packet.
You can count from a lobelia seed Ø 0,3 mm (0,0112”) up to a squash seed Ø 18 mm (0,708”).

This machine is very suitable for automatic filling and sealing of pre-formed and printed aluminium laminated or synthetic sealable packets.
This machine is mostly used when large series of packets should be filled and sealed.
You can connect this machine with our seed counters or seed weighing system.
Minimum packet size 82 x 11 mm (3,23” x 4,61”)
Maximum packet size 165 x 230 mm (6,49”x 9,06”)

This system can be set up for automatic seed weighing, counting, can filling, check weighing, folding, labelling and printing of cans. For different can sizes.
