The major
challenge confronting the Brazilian seed trade is the present
regulations, antiquated laws that need revision for the 21st
century.
Through ABCSEM, we are striving to change these regulations
but it is an uphill battle that requires the dedication of all
the companies in the business here. One very positive result
in all this, is that it is bringing all of us together to
achieve this goal.
If we can really revamp the legislation here, Brazil will
then have a chance to become a global player in the vegetable
business.
